Weekend Runs

6 - 7 February 2021

At RAC, we make sure no-one is left behind.

Friday:

5:00pm - Spruit Run with Francis. Wear RED. Rustic Cafe' will be open for a bite to eat and the Old Parks Bar open for a cold one.

Saturday:

6:00am - Track with RAC's Michelle Coach Mee (This is free for all RAC members)

6:00am - Bring your kids for their own boot camp, plyometrics and circuits training session. Fun and engaging to get kids active.

6:00am - 9km easy-run with Club Captain, Mike Goodhew (Mike will make sure no-one is left behind)


Sunday:

5:00am - 28km RAC Tara Long run route at 6:30-7:30 min/km pace, (Mike will make sure no-one is left behind)

6:00am - 3km, 5km or 8km at an 8-9 min/km pace, (Karen will make sure no-one is left behind)

6:00am - 23km RAC Tara Long run at a 5:30 to 7:00min/km pace, (Michelle Coach Mee will make sure no-one is left behind)

6:00am - 15km RAC Tara short route at a 6 to 7min/km pace, (Sean will make sure no-one is left behind)
